Series of hanging book shelves

Book shelves for display. Uniquely colored for Helle Vibeke Jensen's art-book series.  

As a tribute to Achille Castiglioni and the construction-principles of the Parentesi-lamp, the shelves are held in place by friction. Hanging in a string, they are vertically adjustable and made to form individual compositions on the wall. 

 

 Materials: Maple wood, drawing ink, cotton string and brass.
